Jorge Isaac, Esq.


One of the founding partners of Isaac & Salgado Grondin, P.L, Mr. Isaac focuses in the areas of civil litigation (including cases involving contracts, fraud, real estate disputes, corporate dissolutions, financial institution law, banking regulations, probate, family matters (divorces/custody) and the enforcement of judgments and injunctions) and immigration.  Mr. Isaac has represented clients in federal and state court.

Mr. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and minor in Spanish and economics from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami Law School.

A member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Isaac is admitted to practice in all state trial and appellate courts of the State of Florida, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida.

 



Irma Salgado Grondin, Esq.



Mrs. Salgado Grondin is a founding partner of Isaac & Salgado Grondin, P.L.  Mrs. Salgado Grondin grew up in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish.  She is an attorney practicing in the areas of financial services, international, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions law.

 

Prior to starting Isaac & Salgado Grondin, P.L., Mrs. Salgado Grondin worked as an attorney for Holland & Knight LLP in the financial services and international corporate areas.  Mrs. Salgado Grondin represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation and documentation of lending transactions.   She also represents start-up companies and established corporate entities in a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions (whether by merger or through asset or stock transactions), general corporate governance, and contract negotiations.     

 

Mrs. Salgado Grondin earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was a three-year recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Florida MPLE Scholarship and was the recipient of the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for Evidence and Legal Research and Writing.  Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Salgado Grondin was an auditor for Arthur Andersen, LLP.  She earned a B.A. in Accounting magna cum laude from Florida International University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) in the State of Illinois. 

 

Mrs. Salgado Grondin is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.  She was named by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
